These terms apply to your use of the GHP Learning Hub, operated by Global Health Partnerships (Charity Registration No. 1113101). By signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform, and contact us if you have questions. These terms comply with UK data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

The Learning Hub is a private platform for people connected to Global Health Partnerships' work — GHP staff, country partners, grantees, health workers, trustees and consultants. Access is by invitation or approved self-signup, not open public registration, and is for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your role at GHP or its partners.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and don't share your account with anyone else
• Keep your profile information accurate and up to date
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission

You agree not to post or share anything that is:

• Infringing, unlawful, libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, threatening or harassing
• In breach of GHP's Safeguarding Policy
• Copied, redistributed or claimed as your own work when it belongs to GHP or its licensors

You also agree not to attempt to access courses, resources or other learners' data you're not authorised to see, and not to use the platform for any purpose unrelated to GHP training and collaboration.

GHP owns the intellectual property rights to the Learning Hub and its content, including course materials, resources, design and certificates. If you submit content — for example in a community group — you confirm you hold the necessary rights to share it, and consent from anyone it identifies.

Certificates are issued once you successfully complete a course's requirements, and confirm your genuine completion of that training — a certificate issued in error may be revoked.

The Learning Hub may link to external resources or websites. We don't endorse them and accept no responsibility for their content, quality or safety — you use them at your own risk.

We aim to keep the Learning Hub available and reliable, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and may update, suspend or withdraw features at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, GHP's Safeguarding Policy, or if your relationship with GHP's programmes ends. The platform is provided to support your training and professional development; we don't accept liability for decisions made solely on platform content without appropriate professional judgement, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit our liability.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
